This week we are looking at 5 everyday tasks you can hand off to AI starting today. Each one includes a fill in the blank prompt and a ready made example you can copy and paste right now.

1. Responding to customer reviews
Whether it is a glowing five star review or a frustrating complaint, responding to customer reviews takes time and the right words do not always come easily. AI is remarkably good at helping you craft responses that are warm, professional and on brand, without you having to stare at a blank screen wondering what to say.
This works for Google reviews, Facebook reviews, Yelp, TripAdvisor, or anywhere else your customers leave feedback.
Fill in the blank prompt:

2. Writing emails
Most of us write dozens of emails every week. Some are easy, but the ones that require a delicate touch, asking for something, delivering bad news, following up without being pushy, those are the ones that eat up way more time than they should.
AI can draft almost any email you need in seconds. You still need to read it, adjust the tone, and make it sound like you, but it gets you 80% of the way there instantly.
Fill in the blank prompt:

3. Drafting your professional bio
Almost everyone has a professional bio that is either outdated, too long, too stiff, or all three. Whether it is your LinkedIn about section, your website about page, a speaker introduction, or a bio for a community organization, keeping it current and well written is something most people dread.
AI is excellent at this. Give it the raw facts about who you are and what you do and it will organize them into something clear, engaging and appropriately professional.

4. Researching and comparing options
Before you buy a new piece of equipment, switch suppliers, choose an insurance plan, or make any significant decision, you usually need to do some research. That research can take hours. AI can compress it significantly.
You can ask AI to compare two or more options, explain the pros and cons of each, and flag things you might not have considered. It gives you a much stronger starting point in a fraction of the time.

5. Writing thank you notes and follow up messages
After a job interview, a client meeting, a networking event, or really any interaction where you want to leave a good impression, a well written follow up message makes a real difference. Most people know they should send one. Most people also put it off because they are not sure what to say.
AI makes this effortless. Give it the basic details of the interaction and ask it to write a warm, genuine follow up message. It takes thirty seconds and the impression it leaves can last much longer.

Your challenge this week
Pick one task from this list and try it today. Just one. You do not have to tackle all five at once. Start with whichever one has been sitting on your to-do list the longest and let AI take a first crack at it. I think you will be surprised how useful it is right out of the gate.
